About the role

Westfair Marketing, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team in our Eastwood Quezon City Metro Manila location. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their shopping needs.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Assisting customers with product selection and answering any questions they may have
  3. Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  4. Maintaining a clean and organised store environment
  5. Restocking and organising product displays
  6. Adhering to company policies and procedures
  7. Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and provide an exceptional customer experience

  1. Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to work well in a team and independently
  4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  5. Enthusiasm and a passion for providing great customer service
