Sale and Account Manager

About the Role
Sales Rain is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales and Account Manager to lead client acquisition and business growth. You will oversee sales strategies, engage directly with prospects, and close deals that contribute to the company's continued success in the BPO office leasing industry.
Qualifications
- Exceptional English communication skills (written & verbal) – strictly required
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client engagement skills
- Background in real estate selling, office leasing, or property management is an advantage
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new business
- Prospect and engage potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings
- Conduct ocular visits and client presentations
- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring profitable agreements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
