Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar area, ensuring high-quality service, proper staff supervision, and consistency in beverage preparation and presentation. This role ensures that all bar activities align with the establishment's standards of service, safety, and customer satisfaction. The Bar Supervisor also plays a key role in team development, inventory management, and maintaining a welcoming, professional bar atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the daily operations of the bar, ensuring efficient and professional service
  • Lead and support bartenders and barbacks during service hours
  • Ensure all beverages are prepared according to recipe standards and presentation guidelines
  • Maintain stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and assist with ordering and receiving supplies
  • Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar and storage areas
  • Train new and existing staff on bar procedures, cocktail preparation, and customer service
  • Enforce responsible alcohol service and comply with licensing laws and health regulations
  • Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
  • Assist in creating new cocktails and seasonal drink menus
  • Support management with reporting, stock control, and shift scheduling as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor, Head Bartender, or similar role
  • Strong background in beverage preparation, mixology, and coffee operations.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Familiarity with inventory systems and POS/bar management software
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations in F&B settings
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willing to be assigned in Tagaytay City, Cavite
  • Willing to start asap
