  • Ensure guest satisfaction — Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders promptly, and ensuring an enjoyable bar experience.
  • Maintain bar cleanliness and organization — Keep the bar area, glassware, and tools clean, sanitized, and well-stocked at all times.
  • Monitor inventory and supplies — Track stock levels of liquors, mixers, and other bar essentials; communicate shortages or requisitions to the Bar Supervisor or Manager.
  • Comply with safety and hygiene standards — Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service regulations as required by Antidote Bar's policies and local laws.
