BARISTA TEAM LEADER / SUPERVISOR — FULL TIME

Location: Humble Table

We're looking for an experienced Barista Team Leader / Supervisor who can guide our café team with skill, care, and accountability. This role is for someone who's confident behind the bar and thrives in a leadership position — someone who leads by example, keeps standards high, and creates a calm, inspiring workspace.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong foundation in espresso and pour-over brewing
  • Skilled in calibration, dial-in, and recipe consistency
  • Proficient in POS operations, cash handling, and daily reporting
  • Proven experience leading a café or coffee bar team
  • Able to delegate tasks, manage shifts, and maintain productivity
  • Takes initiative and faces challenges head-on
  • Reliable, organised, and works well with minimal supervision
  • Goal-oriented — capable of hitting sales and performance targets
  • Has a genuine passion for coffee, teamwork, and hospitality

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of barista experience, with at least 1 year in a senior or lead role
  • Background in specialty coffee preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
