The Branch Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of Verve by Red Corner, ensuring smooth service flow, excellent customer experience, and efficient team coordination between the bar and kitchen. This role manages staff performance, monitors inventory, enforces company standards, and ensures that all operations align with Verve's brand of quality, comfort, and class.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily branch and bar operations, ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and motivate the bar and service teams to maintain high performance and professionalism.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality, service consistency, and guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee cash handling, daily sales reports, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance; coordinate with HR for training and disciplinary actions when needed.
  • Oversee bar inventory and supplies — ensure accurate tracking, timely replenishment, and proper storage.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and liquor laws at all times.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team and Head Cook to coordinate service timing and maintain product standards.
  • Support management in implementing promotional activities, events, and new menu rollouts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in bar or restaurant supervision (at least 2 years preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of bar operations, mixology, and beverage inventory management.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example.

Work Schedule:

  • Morning Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
  • 6 days a week with 1 day off

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php15,500.00 per month
