We are looking for an HR Officer to manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruitment: Assist in job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Address employee queries and help maintain a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Support performance reviews and training programs.
- HR Administration: Maintain employee records, assist with payroll, and track attendance.
- Employee benefits: Administer government-mandated benefits (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and ensure accurate enrollment and compliance.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Employee Engagement: Coordinate wellness programs and team-building activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field.
- At least 1 year of HR experience.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
