Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM / Designer with strong expertise in managing piping specifications and integrating them into design platforms such as PDMS, SmartPlant 3D (S3D), SPI, and related engineering tools. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing, updating, and maintaining piping specifications, as well as managing software inputs to ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, write, update, and maintain piping specifications.
  • Manage the integration of specs into PDMS, S3D, SPI, and other related software.
  • Coordinate with engineering and design teams to ensure specs align with project requirements.
  • Develop piping class specifications in accordance with industry codes and client standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve specification-related issues across platforms.
  • Maintain organized and updated records of all spec changes and revisions.
  • Provide technical support and training to design team members regarding spec management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Piping Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in spec writing and management for PDMS, S3D, SPI and other engineering design tools.
  • Strong background in piping engineering and specification development.
  • Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASME, ASTM, API, etc.).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php70,000.00 per month
