About the Role

We're looking for a driven Team Leader - Mortgage Originations to oversee and support offshore team in Manila. You'll manage daily operations, monitor performance, coach team members, and ensure high-quality service delivery across workflows.

You'll partner closely with business leads in Australia and GBSS Management to keep processes running smoothly, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement. This role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, leading people, and helping teams perform at their best.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the Manila-based team to ensure smooth daily operations across Broker Support, Accreditations, and Originations.
  • Collaborate with business leads in Australia and GBSS Management to maintain SLAs, KPIs, and efficient workflows.
  • Coach and develop staff to build a high-performing, motivated team.
  • Maintain quality and compliance, including industry regulations, data security, and legal requirements.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage escalations and disputes promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare reporting packs and provide insights to support business decision-making.

About You

  • Experience in operations, team management, or finance/mortgage processes.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to guide a team and maintain performance standards.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused, able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to fostering a positive, high-performance team culture.
  • Experience with offshore operations or financial services is a plus but not required.
