Take the lead in a global lending company that values innovation, collaboration, and career growth. We're on the lookout for a proactive and results-oriented TEAM LEADER – COLLECTIONS to guide our Collections Specialists toward operational excellence and successful account recovery.

Job Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Collections Specialists handling B2C and/or B2B finance or loan accounts.
  • Oversee team performance and ensure the achievement of account recovery goals.
  • Review and approve repayment plans, escalations, and complex cases as required.
  • Ensure compliance with international lending standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programs, and performance reviews to enhance team capability.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and performance records.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of new team members.
  • Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and drive efficiency in collections operations.

Job Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in collections, ideally within finance or loan portfolios.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a BPO or financial services environment.
  • Experience in Canadian collections is an advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and coaching abilities.
  • Strong analytical and KPI management skills with a focus on results.
  • Willing to work onsite at Ortigas Center, Pasig.
  • Amenable to night shift schedule.
