About the role

As a Team Leader at Office Symmetry, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and supporting a team of customer service professionals. This full-time position is based in Tunasan Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, and offers an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills while contributing to the success of a growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervising and guiding a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service
  2. Monitoring team performance and providing regular feedback to help them meet and exceed targets
  3. Identifying training needs and implementing tailored development plans to upskill the team
  4. Fostering a positive and collaborative team culture to enhance employee engagement
  5. Escalating and resolving complex customer inquiries and issues
  6. Analysing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies
  7. Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and lead a team
  2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solutions-focused mindset
  3. Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
  4. Thorough understanding of customer service best practices and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  5. Passion for developing and coaching others, with a track record of driving team performance

Qualifications:

  • BS Nursing or any Allied Medical Degree
  • At least 1 year Billing experience and 2+ years in Home Health
  • Experienced in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in OASIS-E, Medicare billing, HH PPS, PDGM, and EMR systems (Homecare Homebase, WellSky, MatrixCare)
