Muntinlupa Central Post Office, Philippines Kanlaon Security Agency Inc. Full time ₱25,000 - ₱270,000 per year

· Regular inspections of all posted security personnel in the areas of responsibility.

· Initiate spot corrections for lapses/infractions and security deficiencies observed at posts and submit a report to the operations manager for further appropriate action. Makes recommendations for disciplinary action and other corrective measures.

· Conduct regular Troop Information and Education at the detachments/areas of responsibility/keep the guards informed of the policies and regulations clients, SOSIA and other laws pursuant to RA5487.

· Submit inspection report to the Operations Manager.

· Provide quick response to security incidents at various detachments during his shift and act as liaison with PNP/BFP/Barangay/Hospitals or any incidents involving the guards/employees of the clients and submit report to the Management for further action.

· Assist HR Department in the recruitment of security personnel in order to fill up existing post vacancies.

· Facilitate the deployment of guards, accompany and endorse them properly to the clients, and conduct orientation upon deployment of their duties and responsibilities per posting.

· Ensure daily complete manning at assigned accounts/areas and quick deployment of relievers.

· Assist the Operations Manager in conducting security surveys and preparing security plans.

· Participate in facilitation of training programs for the security guards, especially in the assigned accounts/areas.

· Coach/mentor security guards who need guidance.

· Facilitate speedy fulfillment of logistical requirements of the assigned account/areas.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Abides by and performs to the best of his abilities all functions, duties and responsibilities, either administrative or non-administrative, to be assigned by the Company or its authorized representative in due course.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php27,000.00 per month
