Kurot: The Aperitivos Company, Pio del Pilar, Makati City has been serving small bites with big flavor since November. We're now looking for a Kitchen Lead to help guide the flow of our kitchen operations and food delivery in Makati. This role is perfect for someone hands-on, dependable, and ready to take the lead.

What You'll Do:
  • Work alongside the kitchen team to prep, portion, and pack our signature Fil-Hispanic small bites.
  • Set the pace and tone in the kitchen: making sure food is consistent, clean, and ready on time.
  • Keep the kitchen running smoothly: helping manage tasks, schedules, and daily prep lists.
  • Coordinate simple inventory tasks, deliveries, and supplies.
  • Use basic digital tools and ordering apps to stay on top of day-to-day operations.
  • Be the point person in the kitchen; ready to step in and get things done when needed.
What We're Looking For:
  • Food prep experience in any setting (home-based or professional kitchen)
  • Passionate about growing our food business together.
  • Someone who takes initiative and can guide a small team while still doing the work.
  • Comfortable with basic kitchen routines and digital tools.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Willing to work weekends and holidays as needed.
