This role is ideal for someone who has the skills to manage production while keeping quality, consistency, and creativity at the heart of everything.

What You'll Do
  • Supervise daily kitchen production operations.
  • Lead, train, and support bakery staff to meet quality standards.
  • Ensure all products are consistent, well-presented, and on time.
  • Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed.
  • Maintain inventory levels and order ingredients/supplies.
  • Uphold strict health, sanitation, and food safety standards.
  • Oversee workflow to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Communicate effectively with both the team and management.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in a bakery or pastry production environment.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Deep commitment to food safety and product quality.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Basic computer skills for scheduling and reporting.
