What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, stock control, and health and safety compliance
  2. Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff, providing training, feedback, and support to help them deliver exceptional service
  3. Collaborate with the store management team to optimize kitchen workflows and implement process improvements
  4. Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction
  5. Monitor and control kitchen costs, minimizing waste and maximizing profitability
  6. Liaise with suppliers and maintain strong relationships to secure reliable, high-quality ingredients
  7. Actively participate in inventory management, menu development, and other strategic initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Significant experience (1-2 years) in a similar leadership role within food service industry in PIZZA making.
  2. Proven track record of managing and motivating kitchen teams to achieve operational excellence
  3. Excellent understanding of food preparation, kitchen operations, and health and safety regulations
