BRIEF DESCRIPTION The Warehouse Manager supports the Warehouse Operations in overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse activities. This includes managing inventory, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, maintaining safety standards, and supervising warehouse staff. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, inventory management, and shipping. Monitor and ensure the accurate and timely fulfillment of orders. Implement and manage efficient warehouse processes and procedures. Ensure that the warehouse layout and product flow meet operational needs. Manage a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. Provide leadership and guidance to warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates. Conduct regular stock checks and audits, investigating and resolving discrepancies. Implement inventory management best practices to minimize loss and maximize efficiency. Ensure all warehouse operations comply with safety regulations and company policies. Conduct safety audits and training sessions. Address any safety concerns promptly and effectively. Maintain high standards of quality in all warehouse operations. Address and resolve any quality issues in a timely manner. Ensure all warehouse equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition. Coordinate with maintenance staff or external vendors for repairs and servicing. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Proven experience in warehouse management. Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
