Job Summary:

The Food & Beverage Head will be responsible in managing the food and beverage business units located in QC, Philippines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in culinary and hospitality management, business management, economics, finance, entrepreneurship, or equivalent; post-graduate studies will be considered.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with at least four years of working experience in a group management role; at least three-year proven performance record as Group Manager of Food & Beverage or equivalent in reputable and upscale restaurant groups in the Philippines; experience in full service hotels, pre-opening and business startup, growth, and expansion project assignments will be highly regarded.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen; highly effective and efficient in maintaining high-level operations standards while exercising prudence on cost and related expenses.
  • Strong and natural leadership in people engagement and relations, development and retention, organizational culture, inclusion and diversity; excellent motivator and communicator.
  • Highly fitted in a fast-growing and dynamic business environment.
  • "Can do, will do" attitude and a "hands-on" person.
  • Philippine-based candidates are preferred.
  • Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
  • Can start ASAP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php40,000.00 per month
