About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Head to lead and optimize the end-to-end supply chain operations of a well-established and fast-growing group of restaurants. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency, and continuity of supply across multiple brands and locations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership:

    Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals for procurement, inventory management, logistics, and supplier relationships.
  • Procurement Management:

    Oversee sourcing of raw materials, packaging, and non-food items. Ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and reliability of all suppliers.
  • Inventory & Warehouse Oversight:

    Monitor inventory levels across commissaries, warehouses, and stores. Optimize stock turnover while minimizing wastage and pilferage.
  • Demand Planning & Forecasting:

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate sales forecasting and efficient inventory planning.
  • Logistics & Distribution:

    Lead and optimize the transportation and delivery network for timely and cost-effective distribution to all restaurant branches.
  • Supplier Management & Compliance:

    Negotiate contracts and manage performance of third-party suppliers. Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
  • Process Improvement & Technology Integration:

    Identify areas for operational improvement and implement systems or tools to streamline supply chain activities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 7–10 years of experience in supply chain or procurement, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Proven experience managing multi-location operations and large supplier networks.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven, and collaborative environment.
