Head of Finance and Accounting

  • Oversee preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, BIR regulations, and tax requirements.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and the company's overall financial health.
  • Lead cost control initiatives including food costing, inventory, and waste management.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions and business expansion.
  • Develop and enforce strong internal controls, accounting policies, and risk management practices.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the finance and accounting team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with operations, sales, and supply chain to align financial goals with business performance.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, banks, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA and MBA a plus).
  • 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 5 years in leadership.
  • Strong background in cost accounting, financial planning, and F&B/hospitality finance.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in accounting/ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
