Admin SupervisorJob Summary:The Admin Supervisor involves assisting the management team with administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operations, and providing support in various food and beverage services functions. This role also covers managing and coordinating construction projects for operations. This role ensures that all administrative aspects of construction are handled efficiently, supporting the project management team and facilitating smooth project execution and ensuring that construction projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Tasks: Maintain and update records, files, and databases related to operations.Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents as required.Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.Provide general administrative support to the construction project management team.Handle correspondence, filing, and other clerical tasks.Inventory and Supplies: Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies and equipment.Track and record inventory usage and discrepancies.Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries.Financial Administration: Assist in budgeting and financial reporting for operations.Process invoices, receipts, and payments.Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.Scheduling and Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of events and special functions.Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless event operations.Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Communication: Serve as a liaison between the team and other departments.Relay important information and updates to relevant stakeholders.Project Documentation: Maintain and organize all project-related documentation, including contracts, permits, and plans.Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and project reports.> Budget and Finance Support: Monitor project budgets and track expenses.Process invoices and payments related to construction activities.Assist in preparing financial reports and budget forecasts.Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all construction activities comply with safety regulations and standards.Assist in conducting safety audits and inspections.Coordinate ordering and delivery of materials to construction sites.Qualifications:· Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.· Knowledge: Familiarity with construction processes, safety regulations, project management principles, inventory management, customer service principles, and basic financial administration.Additional Requirements:· Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).· Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.· Attention to detail and accuracy in work.This role is essential for ensuring the administrative backbone of operations is strong and efficient, supporting the overall success of the service.Job Type: Full-timePay: Php25, Php40,000.00 per monthBenefits:Opportunities for promotionPaid trainingPay raiseTransportation service providedAbility to commute/relocate:Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Project management: 3 years (Required)Location:Quezon City (Preferred)Willingness to travel:75% (Preferred)Work Location: In personExpected Start Date: 11/17/2025
