  • Staff Management: Interview, hire, train, and schedule service staff; supervise performance and motivate the team.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional service by coaching staff on proper techniques, resolving complaints, and creating a positive guest experience.
  • Operations Oversight: Supervise daily operations of restaurants, bars, and other F&B outlets.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage food, beverage, and supply inventories; oversee requisitions and implement controls.
  • Quality Control: Ensure high standards of food and drink quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with local health, food safety, and other regulations.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, such as preparing cost reports, managing supplies, and communicating with other departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
