Job Overview:

The Area Manager oversees the daily operations, sales performance, and overall success of multiple retail store locations within an assigned area. This role ensures that each store consistently meets sales targets, maintains operational excellence, and delivers outstanding customer service aligned with brand standards. The Area Manager provides leadership and guidance to store managers, drives financial performance, executes strategic initiatives, and promotes employee engagement and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business plans covering sales, revenue generation, and expense control to achieve organizational goals.
  • Set, monitor, and ensure achievement of sales targets for each store.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop store teams through coaching, performance management, and product knowledge training.
  • Track sales results and prepare regular performance reports for management.
  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage the operational requirements of new store openings, location setups, and promotional events.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ensure accurate stock management, and address inventory discrepancies across stores.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies tailored to target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless execution of business initiatives.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales strategy planning, team leadership, and customer relationship management.
  • Strong ability to supervise, coach, and develop sales teams.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php55,000.00 per month
