Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Ensure the Company Handbook remains compliant with DOLE regulations and is updated as needed
  • Support recruitment by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing applicant documentation
  • Conduct employee orientation and prepare onboarding materials
  • Ensure IT and office assets (laptops, SIM cards, email accounts) are ready for new hires
  • Track attendance and update leave records
  • Maintain and update 201 files and employee records
  • Facilitate HMO enrollment, removals, and endorsements
  • Coordinate government-mandated benefits and insurance processing
  • Support employee engagement activities and company events
  • Handle clearance procedures and process final pay for exiting employees

Administrative Support

  • Manage office supplies and ensure timely replenishment
  • Coordinate building access, contractor permits, and visitor passes
  • Oversee asset tagging, inventory, and maintenance of company-owned properties
  • Assist with vendor and utility applications (internet, landline, postpaid mobile plans)
  • Support the creation of internal and external materials (presentations, brochures, website content)
  • Draft internal memos, official correspondence, and confidential documents
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and board materials
  • Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and government agencies
  • Monitor and follow up on cross-departmental action items and deadlines
  • Coordinate logistics for investor meetings, compliance audits, and strategic engagements
  • Support administrative processes related to compliance, permits, and regulatory filings

QualificationsRequired

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field (preferred)
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR, office administration, and DOLE compliance
  • Fluent in English and Filipino, with strong writing and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and digital scheduling tools
  • High level of discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Preferred but Not Required

  • MBA with HR specialization or Master's in Human Resources/Organizational Development
  • DOLE-accredited HR compliance training or certification
  • Experience dealing with government agencies and/or international partners
  • Familiarity with managing communication and travel across multiple time zones
