Role Overview:

We are building a pool of qualified candidates for the role of Sales Management & Business Development Manager. This role leads a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth across U-BIX's product and service lines—including copiers, printers, consumables, services, and office furniture. The manager is responsible for sales strategy execution, team performance, customer relationship management, and branch coordination (as applicable).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Lead, coach, and manage the performance of the sales team
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and partners
  • Oversee key accounts and leverage cross-selling opportunities across all product lines
  • Monitor sales KPIs, prepare forecasts, and generate performance reports
  • Coordinate closely with operations, logistics, and service departments to ensure excellent customer delivery and support
  • Champion customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 3–5 years of proven experience in sales and team leadership
  • Strong understanding of office systems, equipment, and related service markets
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales performance tools
