Sales Operations Executive

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Executive to support APAC operations. This role combines business analysis, account management, and sales support to drive operational efficiency and support the regional sales team. You will work closely with shared services and account teams to ensure accurate information flow, effective reporting, and seamless client management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis & Support: Collect, verify, and analyze information from shared services teams. Coordinate with APAC account teams to enable informed decision-making.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Support account management activities and identify opportunities for growth.
- Sales Support: Assist with sales initiatives, follow-ups, and pipeline management to drive business development.
- Administration & Reporting: Ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and documentation for management review.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Experience in account management, sales support, or business analysis preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and data reporting tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
