About the role
We are seeking a customer service professional to join our dynamic team at LGH INTERNATIONAL SERVICES INC' as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through both voice and non-voice channels, ensuring our clients' needs are met with the utmost care and efficiency.
What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and other communication channels to address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers, resolving issues, and escalating complex matters as needed
- Actively listening to customers, demonstrating empathy, and offering solutions to enhance their overall experience
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide a positive customer experience
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively address customer needs
- Proficiency in the use of computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
