Human Resources Assistant for Timekeeping

  • Monitoring and recording employee work hours, including regular time, overtime, and leave, using manual or automated systems.
  • Preparing, processing, and verifying timesheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and following up on any discrepancies.
  • Assisting with payroll processing by providing accurate timekeeping data, calculating hours worked, and preparing relevant reports.
  • Maintaining accurate records of employee leave balances, tracking leave requests, and ensuring proper documentation.
  • Investigating and resolving timekeeping errors, missed punches, and other issues related to employee attendance.
  • Preparing regular reports on employee attendance, tardiness, overtime, and other timekeeping metrics

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, or a relevant field.
  • Previous work experience is an advantage.
  • Knows timekeeping and payroll.
  • Has excellent attention to detail.
  • Has strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willing to render overtime if necessary.
  • Willing to render duty from 11 AM to 8 PM.
  • Able to work during holidays and weekends.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
