The position is responsible for providing seasonal human resources support and administrative services in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner. This role needs a candidate that is familiar with the Billing and Collection for our third-party agencies for manpower services of the contractual employees.

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must be able deal and handle different personalities of people in the workplace
  • Detail oriented, excellent organization skills, and has an exceptional analytical skills.
  • Must be able to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature without loss of efficiency or composure.
  • Ability to be proactive and reactive to anticipated and sudden changes in the workplace.
  • Ability to be resourceful, creative, patient and maintain flexibility.
  • Ability to maintain excellent employee engagement and relations with staff.

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least a Degree holder in Psychology, Business Administration (HRDM), Financial Management, or other related fields.
  • Willing to be deployed in Seasonal Employment status.
  • Any Certification or License related to Human Resources is an advantage but not required.
  • With pleasing personality and good attitude.
  • Willing to relocate in Baguio City.
