
Human Resources Assistant Department Head

POSITION OVERVIEW
You will be responsible for assisting the HR Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department. You will be involved in recruiting and onboarding new employees, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies and procedures, and supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and conducting background checks.
Coordinate and conduct new employee on boarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Handle employee relations matter, including conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and performance management.
Support the HR Manager in managing employee benefits, compensation, and payroll. Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.
Stay informed about current HR trends and best practices to provide advice and support to management and employees.
Conduct performance appraisal and validates appraisal results.
Perform other task from time to time
REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
BS Human Resource Management, Psychology and/or related study
EXPERIENTIAL REQUIREMENT
With at least 3 years' experience in a supervisory/officer capacity, 2 years related experience in an assistant level.
