We're Hiring: Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are currently on the lookout for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at Cloudstaff, the #1 workplace everywhere

Role: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Work Arrangement: Work from Office

Location: Philippines - Angeles (Pampanga)

Schedule: Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send customer invoices
• Ensure that all billable items are invoiced in a timely and accurate manner
• Record and reconcile customer payments
• Maintain a masterlist of all engaged staff and billable items
• Coordinate with other departments for any current and future projects
• Provide ad hoc reports as necessary
• Attend to client and inter-department requests, queries, and disputes
• Provide overtime and holiday monthly billable reports
• Provide car hire monthly billable reports
• Provide call charges monthly billable reports
• Provide other monthly billable reports that may be requested
• Provide affiliate and BDM commission reports

Qualification and requirements:

EXPERIENCE:

• At least 2 years work experience in Accounts Receivable
• At least 2 years work experience in a BPO company

SOFTWARE:

• Proficient in accounting software. Netsuite experience is a huge plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Can work with minimum supervision
• Able to adapt in a fast paced work process

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

• Proven 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable.

• Strong experience managing accounts receivables processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
