About the role

Zirconia Inc' is seeking an experienced and proactive Accounts Receivable Officer to join our dynamic team in Makati City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of our accounts receivable process, playing a crucial part in maintaining the financial health of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and monitor the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and credit control
  2. Liaise with customers to resolve billing inquiries and collect outstanding payments in a timely manner
  3. Maintain detailed records and generate accurate reports on accounts receivable activity
  4. Collaborate with the finance team to identify and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce bad debts
  5. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other accounting-related tasks as needed
  6. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant degree in Accounting or a related field
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable management or a similar role
  3. Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate with customers
  6. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work
  7. Adaptable and able to work well in a team-oriented environment
