Remote Virtual Assistant – Real Estate

We are a growing real estate investment company seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our team. The VA will handle research, lead management, CRM updates, reporting, and occasional phone communication. This is a fully remote role with opportunities to grow within the company.
Responsibilities
- Conduct online research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
- Upload and organize new leads into our CRM system.
- Make and receive phone calls when needed (screening, scheduling, or follow-ups).
- Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and update Excel reports on a regular basis.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar preferred).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in real estate or property management.
- Familiarity with U.S. real estate processes and terminology.
- Customer service or phone support background.
Compensation
- Competitive hourly rate or monthly salary (depending on experience).
- Potential for performance-based bonuses.

Pay: Php Php396.00 per hour
