Part-Time Social Media Virtual Assistant - Australian Real Estate

Are you a creative social media wizard with a flair for captivating content? We're looking for a Part-Time Social Media Virtual Assistant to manage our clients' social media presence, with a special focus on the Australian real estate market. If you're passionate about creating engaging visuals and compelling copy that connects with home buyers and sellers, this is the perfect role for you.

About the Role

As a Social Media Virtual Assistant, you'll be the creative force behind our clients' social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and possibly YouTube). You'll be responsible for developing and posting original content that captures the clients' brand's voice and engages their audience. This role is highly creative, focusing on content generation rather than technical platform management.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Content Creation: Design visually appealing graphics and tiles, and write compelling captions for posts on Instagram and Facebook, showcasing property listings and market insights.
  • Video Production: Brainstorm, create, and edit short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels, including property tours, agent profiles, and real estate tips.
  • Content Scheduling: Publish content consistently across all platforms.
  • Social Media Management: Keep our clients' social media pages fresh with new and relevant content that appeals to the Australian real estate audience.

This Role Isn't for You If...

  • You are not a self-starter who can work independently and manage your own time.
  • You aren't comfortable with content creation, including writing and visual design.
  • You can't commit to a consistent, part-time schedule (20 hours per week).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience managing business or brand social media accounts.
  • Creative mindset with a strong portfolio of original social media content, ideally in the real estate or property space.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent writing skills with a talent for crafting engaging and concise copy.
  • Ability to work part-time, 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule on weekdays (AM or PM).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php10, Php15,000.00 per month
