The Company engages her service as Receptionist / Administrative Assistant with the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks including providing support to all executives and employees by assisting in daily office needs and overseeing the company's general administrative activities.
  • Responsible for doing office procurement or purchasing office supplies, equipment, and other office needs.
  • Responsible for monitoring the housekeeping and liaison or office runner personnel.
  • Responsible for arranging office conferences schedules or appointments.
  • Performs reception duties and welcomes visitors with professionalism and courtesy.

  • REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in any field of studies.
  • Detail oriented individual and able to communicate effectively and efficiently.
