Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course;
- With at least 6 months of related work experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- People-person and has a pleasing personality;
- Can work with minimal supervision;
- Preferably located in Makati City
Job Summary:
The Receptionist cum Admin Assistant is responsible in receiving customers and visitors to the company to ensure that a good initial impression is given. He/She will be responsible in providing administrative assistance to ensure smooth HR operations.
Job Functions:
As Receptionist
Respond to all incoming telephone calls, ensuring that these are answered promptly and are directed to the right person in the company.
Receive all visitors to the company, ensuring that their requirements are promptly dealt with and that they are given a favorable impression of the company.
Supervise the delivery of incoming mail to ensure that it is promptly delivered to the correct addresses internally.
Maintain reception area in a tidy manner so that a favorable first impression is given to any visitors.
Maintain an up-to-date list of internal and external directory to ensure that incoming and outgoing calls are directed to the right contact person.
Issue and collect security passes and ensure visitors are entered into the visitors' logbook.
Assist all visitors and provide proper assistance for office direction.
Observe all necessary security management.
As HR Assistant
Assist new employees government enrollment and updating of records.
Assist employees in various government benefits inquiries (SSS, Pag-Ibig, Philhealth & BIR) such as updating of status, dependents etc.; and provide necessary forms when needed.
Performs other functions which may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Pay: From Php17,000.00 per month
