Job Summary
Growth Wonders PH, a pediatric therapy center, is looking for a Receptionist/ Admin Secretary to join our growing team. The position involves administrative, cashiering, scheduling, and basic marketing tasks that support daily clinic operations.
Qualifications
- College graduate (preferred) or college undergraduate
- Organized, responsible, and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and email
- Knowledgeable in basic computer use (typing, printing, filing, scanning)
- Basic use of Canva for simple layouts or marketing materials
- Good communication and coordination skills
Job Description
- Serve as cashier, issuing receipts and accepting payments from clients
- Coordinate and arrange schedules of clients and consultants
- Assist in daily accounting, including recording income and expenses
- Perform basic marketing tasks, such as coordinating with partners and occasional visits to doctors' clinics
- Handle printing, filing, and other clerical tasks for the administrative team
Job Details
- Salary: ₱15,000 per month
- Training/Probationary Period: Paid
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Benefits: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, 13th month pay, bonuses/ incentives (subject to admin's discretion)
- Location: River Green Residences, Pedro Gil Street, Sta. Ana, Manila
