Job Summary:
OracleCMS is a boutique BPO company based in Makati working with Australian clientele. We are looking for suitable, qualified, and engaged candidates to take over roles managing our HR administrative tasks and recruitment, whilst working closely with the management team to ensure a friendly and efficient environment for all agents to assist in producing effective and efficient services for our clients.
As OracleCMS is a small company we are looking for applicants that have skills and experience in managing both recruitment and HR General roles, OracleCMS will provide support to the HR manager across all areas, and hope to bring in a candidate that has strong team values, work ethic and attention to detail.
OracleCMS is excited to bring in a new Recruitment Manager to bring new ideas and concepts to help improve our current recruitment strategies whilst reviewing current HR procedures to identify and implement improvements.
In addition to managing HR and administrative tasks, it will be expected for the manager to oversee an onsite administrative and compliance assistant, who manages staff compliance in real time and assist with general administration tasks for all offices.
HR Recruitment Job Role include:
- Overseeing all recruitment requirements
- Liaising with recruitment firms to increase number of incoming applicants
- End to end hiring procedure and managing job ads and resources
- Managing general administrative tasks for all offices
- Liaising and managing office compliance and admin assistant
- Managing Staff attendance and adherence to company policies
- Induction of new staff and release of new or updated policies
- Assisting in managing staff 201 files
- Assisting in managing staff well-being and handling staff grievances
- Assisting with any labor cases or arbitration
- Assist management in managing staff performance and providing feedback to agents
A core expectation of an HR recruiter is to efficiently and effectively fill open positions. They develop local and national recruiting plans using traditional sourcing strategies and new, creative recruiting ideas. Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analysing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements. Our expectation in managing this specific part of the role includes:
- Develop and execute recruiting plans
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees
- Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process
- Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives
- Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping
- Collect data on cost per hire and time-to-hire
- Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
- Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions
- Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of the need
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Sourcing candidates online
- Updating job ads
- Conducting background checks
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience working in recruitment with BPO
- Experience in doing high volume end to end recruitment
- 1 - 4 years of experience in Human Resources and Recruitment
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills
- Understand general Labor laws and requirements
