Senior HR Assistant/Specialist

Role Overview
The Senior HR Assistant reports to the HR Manager/Officer-in-Charge and provides support in various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and administration. This role assists in implementing TEI's HR pillars (Attract, Retain, Develop) while helping maintain proper policy application, labor law compliance, and a positive workplace culture.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support
Assists in posting jobs, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and preparing new hire documents. Helps ensure smooth onboarding and maintains recruitment records.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Supports employee inquiries, engagement activities, and company announcements. Assists in performance review scheduling and basic documentation.
HR Compliance & Documentation
Assists in maintaining employee records, preparing government reports (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and supporting HR audits.
Training & Development
Coordinates schedules for training sessions, tracks training records, and assists in preparing materials for employee development programs.
HR Analytics & Reporting
Helps compile HR data, update dashboards, and prepare simple reports for management use.
Administrative Support
Provides assistance in payroll coordination, benefits processing, HRIS updates, and other HR-related admin tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
