About the role

As Senior HR Manager ', you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's human resources strategy and initiatives. In this full-time, office-based position in Makati City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR management, from talent acquisition and employee engagement to performance management and organisational development.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and programs that support the company's strategic objectives
  2. Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees
  3. Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management
  4. Design and deliver training and development initiatives to upskill and engage the workforce
  5. Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and address organisational challenges
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  7. Analyse HR metrics and data to drive continuous improvement
  8. Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals

What we're looking for

  1. 8+ years of progressive HR management experience, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  2. Proven track record of designing and implementing effective HR strategies and programs
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
  4. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a solution-oriented mindset
  5. Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
  6. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  7. SHRM or CIPD certification is highly desirable
