We are seeking a motivated Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in HR and talent acquisition. This internship provides exposure to recruiting and HR strategies within a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities- Candidate Sourcing: Research and identify potential candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
- Screening Support: Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
- Job Posting Management: Post job openings across multiple platforms and track application metrics
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, send confirmations, and ensure smooth candidate experience
- Market Research: Research talent market trends across various industries
- Administrative Support: Assist with offer letters, reference checks, and onboarding documentation
- Recruitment Events: Support recruiting events, job fairs, and networking activities
- Reporting: Compile recruitment metrics and assist with weekly/monthly talent acquisition reports
- General HR Support: Provide assistance with various HR projects and initiatives as needed
• Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Interest in talent acquisition and human resources
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn
