About the role

As a Liaison Officer at R8 Construction Corp', you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication and coordination between the construction team, clients, and various stakeholders. Your primary focus will be to ensure the seamless execution of construction projects by acting as the central point of contact and managing the flow of information. This full-time position is based in South Caloocan Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Serve as the key point of contact for Operations Manager, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication

  • Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and progress updates to keep all parties informed

  • Liaise with the construction team especially to the Operations Manager to address any concerns or issues that arise and facilitate the resolution process if necessary.

  • Maintain detailed records of all project-related communications, documents, and decisions. Arrange and file all related documents of the project effectively

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other project documentation as needed

  • Support the overall success of construction projects by facilitating effective collaboration and information sharing

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of atleast 3 years of experience in a similar liaison or project coordination role within the construction industry. Fresh graduates from Engineering, Business Administration and related courses are also welcome to apply.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset

  • Knowledge of construction processes, contract administration, and relevant industry regulations

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support the professional development of others
