Executive/Personal Assistant - will provide day-to-day administrative and personal support, ensuring activities and requirements are managed efficiently. with high level of confidentiality. reliability and sensitivity. This includes handling errands, coordinating appointments, organizing travel, managing household matters and serving as a liason or staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.) Manage the daily schedules, appointments and calendar of the immediate supervisor.

2.) Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic/international), including booking flights, accomodations and transport.

3.) Accompany her to personal, or social appointments as needed.

4.) Handle errands such as shopping, banking, personal purchases or deliveries.

5.) Coordinate with household staff, drivers or services providers as necessary.

6.) Assist in managing correspondence (call, texts emails) with grace and professionalism.

7.) Organize personal files, documents and expenses.

8.) Provide companionship or support during events, gatherings or leisure activities.

9.) Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all matters.

10.) Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Job requirements and Qualifications:

1.) Trustworthy and with high values of integrity. No bad records and integrity issues.

2.) With at least 3-years living in the current address

3.) Prior experience for 3 years as personal assistant.

4.) Kind and Smart

5.) Flexible and willing to work any time and any day of the week even holidays and weekends.

6.) Ability to handle multiple tasks calmly and efficiently.

7.) Proficient in using mobile devices, calendars, messaging apps, and basic office tools.
