ABOUT THE ROLE:
Clixico Inc. is seeking an experienced LIASON OFFICER / ADMIN STAFF to join our talented team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our company's administrative and office functions.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Do liaison works and applications processing to SEC, BIR, LGU, and all other government agencies;
- Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth and efficient communication;
- Providing administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements;
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required;
- Maintaining and organizing the company's filing systems, both electronic and physical;
- Coordinating and supporting office operations, such as inventory management, supply ordering, and equipment maintenance;
- Representing the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times;
- Perform other duties from time to time.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Preferably, with motorcycle and valid driver's license;
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or liaison role, preferably in a fast-paced, professional environment;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners;
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other administrative software;
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently;
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality work;
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
