People and Culture Generalist

People and Culture Generalist handles the daily administrative and HR duties of the organization. This job involves a wide range of support activities inside the People and Culture Department but will focus on Talent Acquisition and Engagement. An important part of the role will be to act as the liason between P&C and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of the requests and queries, and provide clerical support. This role will primarily focus on recruitment and employee engagement.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or with equivalent working experience in related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment or talent hiring internationally.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and candidates effectively.
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to pick up new systems with ease.
  • High sense of urgency and speed of delivery without compromising on quality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of accountability and reliability to produce quality output in line
  • With high integrity and conducts work ethically.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
