Main Purpose of the Job

Help the product team deliver an outstanding user experience by providing an exceptional and intuitive application design, in a time-sensitive and cost-effective way.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create user-centric designs and optimal interaction flows by being part of the gathering and definition of business requirements, understanding and owning the voice of the customer (pain points, mental models and actual "job to be done" through the digital application), applying user journey, customer feedback, and usability findings.
  • Design assets to be implemented in website and mobile application products of the company, from layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts allowing for interface edits as needed.
  • Build storyboards, personas, wireframes, prototypes, low and high-fidelity mockups to create a visual dimension to business and functional requirements that supports and aligns both business and technical teams.
  • Keep tabs and use recent studies and findings to establish the best overall design elements to include in UX design experiences.
  • Perform metrics analysis post-launch and conduct design audits with other designers to identify and continuously improve user experience, visuals, and processes.
  • Render such other services & duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

Desired Qualifications

  • Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in creating and implementing UI/UX Design. A strong portfolio showcasing UX Design works (website, mobile, and other digital-related design).
  • Level of Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HCI, Multimedia, Interaction Design, Graphic Designer or related field. Certificate in UX Design and Motion Design skills is a huge plus.

Strong interpersonal skills to work within the project and development team, and to interface with the rest of the organization. Ability to direct design thinking process for a wide range of products. In-depth knowledge of UX Design principles and best practices. Proficient with UI/UX Design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, FigJam, Miro, UseBerry, HotJar and other visual design and other research, planning, and performance tracking tools.
