IT ERP Systems Officer will be situated in the Head Office and will maintain and improve the technical systems of the organization. He/she will oversee system automation processes. Familiarity in Google-Apps Script, Make and other Third-Party Platforms for automated process workflows.

Essential Responsibilities:

Workflow Automation and ERP

  • Lead the maintenance and support of the ongoing usage of Good Neighbors Automated Workflow Process (Docswave – Google Apps Scripting, Make, Airtable, etc)
  • Oversee the continuation of the Information Management System (Organization Process) collaborating with a Third-Party Developer
  • Act as technical point person in the improvements necessary for the automated workflows and ERP customization

Network Support and Equipment Management

  • Provides comprehensive and timely IT support to all GNIP users, including hardware set up, software installation, troubleshooting, and minor repairs, and network assessment
  • Managing inventory of IT assets and other office equipment, ensuring proper and accurate tagging.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any related field of study.
  • Proficient in Google App Script, cloud platforms and third-party automation workflow tools (Make, Airtable, Zapier, etc)
  • Experience in ERP system customization and system maintenance
  • Preferably with three (3) years of relevant experience. Having worked with international organizations is an advantage.
  • In-depth understanding of IT hardware, software management and network troubleshooting
  • Shows attention to details and with high level of accuracy
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and with good interpersonal skills and ability to work with a team

Salary Range: Php 30,000 – Php 35,500
