Web Design Tool Campaign - Email Support Specialist

Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and tech-savvy Email Support Specialists to join our permanent team for a leading Web Design Tool campaign. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for users, providing expert, email-based assistance related to a popular web design platform. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality technical and user support to customers via email.
  • Assist users with inquiries regarding the web design tool's features, functionality, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve service level agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of continuous BPO experience in an Email Support role.
  • Strong familiarity or exposure to Web Design principles and tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, or similar graphic/web design software).
  • Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts is required; direct experience with ChatGPT or other generative AI tools is a significant plus.
  • Must be willing to work on-site at our facility: Cyberpark Tower 1, Cubao, Quezon City.
  • Must be amenable to working a Night Shift schedule.
  • Must be currently residing within NCR (Metro Manila) or nearby areas such as Rizal/Antipolo.
  • Ability to start immediately (ASAP).

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Total Monthly Compensation Package: Up to PHP 23,000.
  • Employment Status: Permanent.
  • Comprehensive benefits package (to be discussed during the interview process).
