Job Summary:

The IT/Admin Staff is responsible for providing technical support, maintaining office systems, and assisting in administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth operation of the company's IT infrastructure while supporting day-to-day office management and clerical functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Information Technology (IT):

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for staff (hardware, software, printers, connectivity).
• Monitor and maintain network security, backups, and antivirus protection.
• Assist in system updates, database management, and user account administration.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors for system upgrades or repairs.

Administrative Support:

• Assist in managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents and records.
• Support HR and management in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining files.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
• Other tasks assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT support and basic office administration.
• Knowledge of computer systems, networking, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
• Monday - Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,070.00 per month
