About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role in content creation, campaign execution, and digital engagement strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. This role will focus on social media management, content development for various channels, campaign coordination, performance analysis, and SEO, ensuring seamless alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to promote the company's services across various online channels
  • Manage and optimize the company's website, social media platforms, and other digital assets to enhance user engagement and drive conversions
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for digital growth and innovation
  • Oversee the execution and performance of all digital marketing initiatives, including search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Analyze and interpret data to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns, providing insightful reports and recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the industry

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the marketing and communications industry
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing
  • Proficient in using web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and analyze campaign performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs
  • Demonstrated success in managing digital marketing campaigns from conception to execution
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
