About the role
As a Key Account Manager - Trucks, you will be responsible for managing and developing key customer accounts for Sany Philippines INC.'. This full-time, office-based position is located in Quezon City, Metro Manila. You will be a strategic partner to our top truck clients, driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer service.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key truck accounts
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs
- Develop account plans and strategies to drive revenue growth
- Monitor and report on key account performance metrics
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with market trends
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years' experience in key account management, preferably in the truck or heavy equipment industry
- Strong understanding of the Philippine truck market and customer landscape
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing key accounts
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
